Sability was excited to join our partner, ADP, at their Meeting of the Minds (MOTM) this week. MOTM is an annual educational and networking event for ADP’s largest clients with 1,000+ employees.
Conversations with clients echoed trends we’re discussing across the HCM industry, and three items were mentioned to me this week more than any others:

Sability VP of Sales, Eric Hoffmann at our partner booth.
- Strong interest in easy access to Business Intelligence tools and the ability to develop custom reports in support of business decisions and business review;
- Concerns about navigating the Affordable Care Act (ACA), and the impact that ACA will have on business processes and resource time demand;
- Challenges implementing enhanced software solutions and adding new components to meet employee demand when the company Payroll, HR, and Talent teams are already working as hard as they can.
ADP presented multiple programs during MOTM to address items 1 & 2. In fact, ADP introduced its new Data Cloud offering, built on modern architecture and allows for clients to add non HR data. This certainly supports the interest today in leveraging data for real business intelligence analytics.
Sessions on the Affordable Care Act (ACA) explored issues and approaches from multiple directions, including ADP’s solution, Health Compliance, designed specifically to support clients as they make the changes required to move into compliance with ACA.
We’ve learned to excel at project management so that you don’t have to.
Enjoy the unexpected benefits of working with a trusted advisor from the Sability team. We are your link to project success!
Sability looks forward to what 2015 will bring and we join our ADP partner in celebrating the great work of our shared clients!
