SAB Connections 2016 Team

Our team was excited to be at Connections 2016.

We are back from another successful Connections conference in Las Vegas and one thing is for sure, Ultimate Software sure knows how to host a stellar show.  As promised, it was inspiring!  Everything was first-rate from the events, to the speakers and sessions, right down to the prime location.  Sability is proud to be the Pinnacle Sponsor of such a great show.

There were over 2000 people in attendance and more than half were first timers.  This goes to show that customers both old and new understand just how beneficial these shows can be for them.  We were busy at the Sability booth and the feedback from all the folks we spoke to was amazing.  Thank you to everyone that stopped by, especially our current customers who dropped in and shared your appreciation.  Ultimate creates such a family atmosphere – it’s amazing how it transcends to both customers and partners.

In addition to our Expo booth, Sability hosted a breakout session at Connections: “Continuous Improvement of Your UltiPro System – Top Post-Live Customer Findings.”  Our expert panel of Consultants shared some post-live tips and tricks that they learned from their years on the road with hundreds of our customers.  Based on the packed house and post-show feedback, we know this is a popular topic for many.  So stay tuned to our blog where we will be featuring some follow-up posts to share more of this great information with you.

SAB Connections 2016

Jill Carroll presents to a packed house at the Sability breakout session.

The theme for Connections 2016 was “Inspiring Engagement” and for many of us it became clear very quickly why this was the chosen theme.  Even beyond the inspiration that could be found at the show, the Ultimate Software roadmap over the next two years centers around three key elements that are sure to inspire engagement as well.

  1. Improved Talent Management
  2. Consistent and Improved User Interface
  3. Increased Analytics Functionality
SAB Connections Journey Concert

Sability was a proud sponsor of the Journey concert.

Most customers tend to chose Ultimate Software because it does Payroll and HR excellently, but the focus continues to be strategic HR.  How can we give managers more data on demand?  How can repetitive tasks be removed to allow more time for strategic ones? While at the show, Ultimate made it clear that this is their focus for the future.  The roadmap they displayed is aggressive as well as impressive.  We are excited to see all that is to come from these initiatives.

Thanks again to all that came out to see us at Connections 2016 – see you again next year!
