THE MANAGEMENT TEAM

Rob Leonard
Chief Executive Officer

Rob Leonard is a proven leader in the Human Capital Management industry with over 20 years of success in building teams, driving customer success, aligning technology with business outcomes, and creating strong business and customer partnerships.  Since 2009, Rob has been instrumental in defining Sability’s strategic vision, managing the company’s growth, and delivering customer value through its HCM Strategy, Delivery and Implementation services.  Prior to joining Sability, Rob held senior management positions at Ultimate Software and Workbrain (now Infor) as parts of a long career in the Human Capital Management and Workforce Management industries.  Rob received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.

James Shryock
Chief Strategy Officer

After 18 years at Sability in various leadership positions, James Shryock currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer and EVP of Services responsible for Sability’s UKG partnership and overall service delivery.  Before joining Sability, he was the Director of Human Resource Information Systems for Lend Lease, a global real estate company based in Australia, and HR Manager at Compass Management and Leasing, Inc. An industry veteran, he spent many years in the trenches of WFM implementations with clients such as International Paper, Adidas, JB Hunt and Verizon.  James received his Master’s degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources and Bachelor’s degree in Social Relations, both from Michigan State University.

Jill Carroll

Senior Vice President of HCM Services

Jill Carroll is responsible for all aspects of service delivery, customer relationships and team leadership for Sability’s UKG HCM consulting practice.  Her extensive career in HCM project management and implementation consulting includes solutions such as PeopleSoft, Workbrain and UltiPro, and prior roles at Sability as a Business Analyst, Senior Consultant and Team Lead.  Jill holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from Georgia Southern University.

Chris Mueller
Senior Vice President of WFM Services

Chris serves as Vice President, Workforce Management at Sability. In his role, Chris is responsible for leading Sability’s workforce management practice including operations, service delivery and business development. Prior to Sability, Chris was a Senior Manager in the EY People Advisory Services practice, with a focus in HR Transformation across all dimensions of the HR function including operating structure, governance, process, technology and risk.  Previously, Chris held several leadership positions for HCM technology vendors including Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Time and Labor, Benefits Administration and Healthcare Analytics solutions. Chris holds his SPHR certification from HRCI and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of New Hampshire.

Eric Hoffmann
Vice President of Sales

Eric Hoffmann oversees sales strategy, operations and execution. He is a 25-year HCM and WFM veteran having held various positions in sales, service, operations and management at industry leaders Kronos, Ceridian Dayforce and Workplace Systems. Eric’s specific areas of expertise include a deep understanding of Workforce Management, from Data Collection, Time and Attendance and Scheduling, to Labor Tracking, Compliance and Analytics. His understanding of the unique requirements of specific vertical markets, coupled with direct experience with HCM solution providers, offers our customers a complete industry perspective while preparing them for current and future success.  Eric is a graduate of the University of Akron, with Bachelor of Science and Associate of Applied Science degrees.

Steve Cardillo
Vice President of Strategy & Advisory Services

Steve leads Sability’s HCM strategy and advisory consulting practice and brings a diverse mix of expertise in global and domestic HR transformation, HR operations , organizational change management and complex HR and IT systems design to our team.  His career has included senior leadership roles at The Hackett Group, Deloitte Consulting, Volvo Group and the US Navy.  Steve holds a MBA in HR Management and BS of Accounting and Business Administration as well as PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.

Ed Estrada

Letha Hall
Director of Managed Services

Letha leads Sability’s Managed Services group which includes outsourced UKG Payroll Administration, Benefits Administration, and System Administration.  With over 15 years working on UKG Pro solutions, Letha’s career has included leadership roles in managed services and corporate payroll/tax; including Director of Payroll Operations at Ambridge Hospitality and Director of Payroll & Tax at EmPower HR.  Letha holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Paul Quinn College.
