THE MANAGEMENT TEAM
Chief Executive Officer
Rob Leonard is a proven leader in the Human Capital Management industry with over 20 years of success in building teams, driving customer success, aligning technology with business outcomes, and creating strong business and customer partnerships. Since 2009, Rob has been instrumental in defining Sability’s strategic vision, managing the company’s growth, and delivering customer value through its HCM Strategy, Delivery and Implementation services. Prior to joining Sability, Rob held senior management positions at Ultimate Software and Workbrain (now Infor) as parts of a long career in the Human Capital Management and Workforce Management industries. Rob received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
Chief Strategy Officer
After 12 years at Sability in various leadership positions, James Shryock currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer and EVP of Services responsible for Sability’s Ultimate Software and ADP partnerships as well as the Vendor Selection practice. Before joining Sability, he was the Director of Human Resource Information Systems for Lend Lease, a global real estate company based in Australia, and HR Manager at Compass Management and Leasing, Inc. An industry veteran, he spent many years in the trenches of WFM implementations with clients such as International Paper, Adidas, JB Hunt and Verizon. James received his Master’s degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources and Bachelor’s degree in Social Relations, both from Michigan State University.
Senior Vice President of Services & Technology
Jeremy Finney has over 15 years of experience in Workforce Management and Human Capital Management solutions. His deep expertise in this area has been established through years of working with diverse clients, tackling complex issues, and helping clients in vastly unique environments with different operating goals. He is responsible for Sability’s Kronos, Workbrain and Technical lines of business as well as the company’s information security and internal IT infrastructure. Jeremy joined Sability in 2005 after working in senior positions in software development at Workbrain, 724 Solutions and EDS. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada, where he graduated with first class honors.
Vice President of Sales
Eric Hoffmann oversees sales strategy, operations and execution. He is a 25-year HCM and WFM veteran having held various positions in sales, service, operations and management at industry leaders Kronos, Ceridian Dayforce and Workplace Systems. Eric’s specific areas of expertise include a deep understanding of Workforce Management, from Data Collection, Time and Attendance and Scheduling, to Labor Tracking, Compliance and Analytics. His understanding of the unique requirements of specific vertical markets, coupled with direct experience with HCM solution providers, offers our customers a complete industry perspective while preparing them for current and future success. Eric is a graduate of the University of Akron, with Bachelor of Science and Associate of Applied Science degrees.
Director of UltiPro Services
Jill Carroll is responsible for all aspects of service delivery, customer relationships and team leadership for Sability’s UltiPro consulting practice. Her extensive career in HCM project management and implementation consulting includes solutions such as PeopleSoft, Workbrain and UltiPro, and prior roles at Sability as a Business Analyst, Senior Consultant and Team Lead. Jill holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from Georgia Southern University.
Director of Managed Services
Ed Estrada is responsible for Sability’s Managed Services group which includes outsourced Payroll Administration, Benefits Administration and HRIS System Administration. As a part of a lengthy career in Managed Services, Ed has held leadership positions such as Principal of Managed Services and Director of Shared Services at Ultimate Software and Director of COS Payroll Operations at ADP.
Director of Dayforce Services
Alfred Chan is the Director of Dayforce Services, responsible for managing the Ceridian services partnership, client engagements, and consulting resources on the Dayforce team. Alfred is veteran consultant and services leader in the HCM industry who has been exclusively focused on the Dayforce platform since 2011. He brings more than 15 years of Human Capital Management (HCM) experience with software vendors including Workbrain (now Infor), Ultimate Software, Dayforce and Ceridian. He holds a Bachelor of Science, Computer Science and Mathematics from University of Toronto.
Director of Strategy & Advisory Services
Steven Kurtz is a human capital consulting leader focused on leveraging efficient process, industry leading technology and data insights to position the HR function as strategic in nature, drive efficiency in service delivery and maximize the customer experience. Steven is responsible for Sability’s Strategy & Advisory practice across all Sability clients. Prior to Sability, Steven was a Senior Manager in the EY People Advisory Services practice; leading the delivery of consulting projects at large domestic and international clients. Prior to consulting, Steven also held roles in HR service delivery and talent acquisition functions. Steven holds PMP, PHR, Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Professional Scrum Master credentials and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Lebanon Valley College.
