Founder and CEO of Sability Retires

ATLANTA, GA – Today Sability officially announced the retirement of its Founder and CEO Scott Brown who has been the guiding forced behind Sability’s business approach and company culture for over 23 years.

Mr. Brown’s retirement was effective August 31, 2016 and he has been succeeded by Rob Leonard, Sability’s current President and COO since 2010.  Said Mr. Leonard “Scott started Sability with a vision of a better way to help customers with Human Capital Management software implementations.  He focused on bringing together smart, genuine consultants with deep product and industry knowledge.  Over the years, we’ve helped hundreds of companies, ranging from 100 to 100,000 employees, successfully implement various HCM solutions, and along the way we created a consulting organization with a unique culture, made up of some of the best and brightest people in our field.”

The results speak for themselves. The company has been included in the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing private companies for three consecutive years, and recipient of the When Work Works award for workplace flexability for the past five years.

“I want to express my gratitude to our loyal Sability employees, clients, and partners who have entrusted us with confidence over the years,” Mr. Brown said.  “I love Sability and what we have created.  It is indeed bittersweet, but I have immense trust in the current management team and know that they will continue to seamlessly execute the founding principles that have made Sability what it is today.”

Everyone at Sability wishes Scott well in his retirement and we are equally excited about the bright future for our company.

In connection with Mr. Brown’s retirement, a partnership formed by members of Sability’s management team has acquired the assets of the business from Brown and will be continuing operations under the name Sability. There will be no disruption to the business related to this change in ownership.
