April 1, 2010 (Atlanta, GA) – Sability announced today the appointment of Rob Leonard to the position of Chief Operating Officer. Rob initially joined Sability in November 2009 as the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development and since that time has helped develop new vendor partnerships and refine Sability’s corporate strategies. As COO, Rob will be responsible for managing Sability’s daily operations including consulting practices, staff, customer engagements and quality of delivery; with a focus on creating scalable processes in line with Sability’s growth.
“Rob’s leadership style, bias for action and focus on execution were a perfect match for Sability. Since joining us last November, he has been a valuable addition to our executive team and has helped shape our growth strategies. Now, as COO, Rob will lead the team in the execution of those plans,” said Sability President Scott Brown.
Rob has worked in the Workforce Management industry for over fifteen years as a customer, consultant, and software vendor; most recently holding senior management positions at Ultimate Software (as Business Owner for Workforce Management and Talent Management) and Workbrain (as AVP Workbrain Express and AVP Professional Services). Throughout his career, Rob has skillfully managed the launch and rapid growth of multiple Workforce Management products and service organizations; balancing market demands for expansion while preserving customer quality and return on investment.
“Over the last five months, I have discovered Sability’s strong presence in the market as a result of the team’s collective expertise and commitment to customer success. Sability’s services offer a unique combination of industry knowledge complemented by deep functional and technical experts to provide end-to-end services from vendor selection, implementation, hosting, performance tuning and production support. No other Workforce Management consulting organization provides a more comprehensive set of services, which is why we also have enormous growth potential. I’m excited to be a part of Sability’s bright future.” said Rob.
