A U.S.-based healthcare organization sought assistance from Sability during an implementation that began with another vendor five months earlier. Sability promptly engaged and lead the way, completing the initial phase of UKG Pro WFM Timekeeping, Accruals, Basic Scheduling, and Basic Attestation for 1,650 employees, along with two custom integrations.
Given the prior vendor’s involvement, Sability needed to revisit the business structure design, validate requirements, create Pro profiles, and resolve numerous integration challenges for the people import. Within four months, Sability successfully implemented three new locations and transitioned three others from the legacy Ultimate Time and Attendance (UTA) system.
Following this successful initial phase, the organization extended the partnership with Sability and plans for future phases that include nine additional locations, 5,700 more employees and additional modules of full Attestation, Advanced Scheduling, Analytics, and Leave.
