A global manufacturing organization seeking a trusted UKG support partner for a WFM migration was referred to Sability by their UKG representative. Due to Sability’s tenure in legacy UKG products, they were able to rapidly engage and assist with the organization’s migration from UTM to WFM.
Sability was able to support the transition of 9,000 global employees on a compressed timeline. After acquiring another company, the organization reached back out to Sability to ensure a six-month implementation for an international FEIN add of 500 employees and a successful launch of UKG Pro (HR and Payroll), Recruiting and Onboarding. Throughout this project, Sability defined best practices for configuration and reporting with BI.
