A North American manufacturing company contacted Sability with the initial priority of transitioning from back office to web payroll for 5,300 employees and 33 pay groups. With Sability’s assistance, this resolved a two-year long Security Compliance (SOX) issue. Throughout the engagement, Sability automated several manual processes including building a timeclock import template and eliminating the need for paper timesheets by using the Mobile App. Another large initiative involved two organizations that were acquired six years prior. After two failed go-lives and multiple HRIS directors, Sability successfully integrated 1,200 employees with 3 unions into UKG.
Due to such success, Sability continues to provide ongoing working sessions on a variety of topics and will be assisting the organization with General Ledger optimization and Union Blended Rates automation process.
