Governing Law, Venue, and Dispute Resolution

The validity, interpretation, and enforceability of the terms herein shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia (USA).  By using the Website, you consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts in the City of Atlanta and County of Fulton, Georgia.  To the extent monetary relief is sought, such an action must be submitted to final and binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia before the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules with one arbitrator.
